We need Association Members to Step Up and Take These Positions!

Anyone interested in becoming the:

Building & Grounds Chairperson Assistant

ALL HOURS EARNED

(contact Tim Geiger 623-7762)

This person would assist Tim Geiger in his service, maintenance, and construction

of all facilities and mechanical equipment owned or used by the AAYHA. It is to be used as a training to become

the Buildings & Grounds Chairperson for the following year.

Head Tournament Director

This position is responsible for setting dates for home tournaments, purchasing awards and patches, reserving hotel rooms, advertising in Magazines, etc.

Skate Sharpener Chairperson

Anyone interested in learning how to use the sharpener, please contact Shane Lund for more information. The price for skate sharpening is $4.00.

FALL FUNDRAISER

In an attempt to keep our association dues low,

we are asking that each AAYHA family participate in our Fall Fundraiser.

Each family is asked to sell TWO $50.00 RAFFLE TICKETS.

A drawing will be held on January 29 during Hockey Days.

Tickets and money need to be turned in to Jamie Kirsch by January 22

or you will be charged an additonal $100 in dues

and your skater will not be able to participate until dues are paid.

First year members are encouraged but not required to participate.

Prize Money 1st-$2000 2nd-$1000 3rd-6th-$500

Maximum 250 tickets will be sold

TICKETS ARE STILL AVAILABLE.

If you did not get your family's tickets or would like additonal tickets, please RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL.

I will be sure to get the tickets to you.

PEE WEE A: Snacks (2 Bags of chips with dip, Cheese/Sausage/Crackers, or Other )

SQUIRTS: Sandwiches (2 Dozen)

PEE WEE B: Veggies/Fruit

BANTAMS: Desserts (2 Dozen)

HIGH SCHOOL: Salads

MITES: Hot Dishes (Large Portion)

Bring food the Clover Room by 4:00 on Saturday, January 29^th.

^{Some of you may have noticed a new flat screen TV in the Cloveroom. It could be yours. Starting this weekend, we will have Raffle Tickets available in the Kitchen. Each ticket will be $5.00 or 3/$10.00. The drawing will be held during our Spring Banquet on April 7.}

^{Just a reminder that we are all responsible for keeping our rink clean.}

^{Things that need to be done weekly are: cleaning locker rooms, emptying garbage cans, sweeping under bleachers and outside the kitchen area, and washing glass around the rink. (Brooms can be found in the hallway leading to the back locker rooms. Be sure to put them back after using!)}
