Building & Grounds Chairperson Assistant

ALL HOURS EARNED

This person would assist Tim Geiger in his service, maintenance, and construction

of all facilities and mechanical equipment owned or used by the AAYHA. It is to be used as a training to become

the Buildings & Grounds Chairperson for the following year.

Head Tournament Director

This position is responsible for setting dates for home tournaments, purchasing awards and patches, reserving hotel rooms, advertising in Magazines, etc.

^{All girls who played on the Antigo Girls U-19 or High School Club Team are invited to play.}

^{Girls hockey as been around Antigo for 17 years. This game to get everyone together and help promote girls hockey.}

^{There will be several AAYHA board vacancies for the 2011-2012 season. Anyone who is interested in running should contact a board member prior to the March board meeting. Voting wil occur on April 7 during our Spring Banquet.}

^{Hall of Fame Nominations are now being accepted. If you know someone who is dependable, reliable, family-oriented, and dedicated to AAYHA. Please send a written letter of  recommendation to include offices held, jobs done, and time spent for the association. The award will be presented at the Spring Banquet on April 7. Please send to:}

^{Each year, the Mel Anderson Award is given to the skater who best exemplifies AAYHA hockey both on and off the ice. Please give your letter of recommendation to a board  member in a sealed envelope or mail to Mel Anderson Award AAYHA P.O. Box 462. The award will also be given at the Spring Banquet.}

^{Just a reminder that we are all responsible for keeping our rink clean.}

^{Things that need to be done weekly are: cleaning locker rooms, emptying garbage cans, sweeping under bleachers and outside the kitchen area, and washing glass around the rink. (Brooms can be found in the hallway leading to the back locker rooms. Be sure to put them back after using!)}
